HESLB Bachelor Degrees Loan Application Guidelines (Academic Year 2025/2026)

| 1 | Read and follow the application procedures stated in the Guidelines. |
| 2 | Provide National Identification Number (NIN) during application (if available). |
| 3 | All supporting documents must be certified by relevant authorities. |
| 4 | Birth/death certificates must be certified by RITA or ZCSRA. |
| 5 | Applicants born or whose parent(s) died abroad must obtain a validation letter from RITA or ZCSRA. |
| 6 | Foreign entry qualifications must be evaluated and approved by NECTA, NACTVET, or TCU; provide equivalent index number. |
| 7 | Submit an active bank account with the same name as on the application form. Bank details must be filled correctly. |
| 8 | Provide a registered and reachable mobile phone number (used for application progress and payment updates). |
| 9 | Duly fill the online application form; ensure pages 2 and 5 are signed before submission. |
| 10 | Review the entire application form and make necessary corrections before submission. |
| 11 | Provide any of the following identification: NIN, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter’s ID, or Driving License. |
| 12 | Strictly observe the loan application deadline. |
| 13 | Any forgery detected will lead to disqualification and possible legal actions. |
| 14 | Follow up application status via SIPA account. |
